Licensed Psychologist - Cambridge, MA

Starting therapy can feel a bit daunting, but you have already taken the first step.
As a clinical psychologist, I believe that therapy should be collaborative and supportive. I specialize in individual therapy for adults with a variety of concerns including: depression, life transitions, grief and loss, relationship issues, internet/media addiction, LGBTQIA+ concerns and self-esteem. Most of my patients are resilient, self-aware working professionals and college/graduate students who need a little assistance navigating life’s challenges. If this sounds familiar, I can help.
I strive to provide a warm, comfortable space for self-reflection that will help you to gain more insight into yourself and promote positive self-growth. Every person is different, so I find that therapy is most effective when it is personalized to what you need, rather than a cookie cutter approach. And a dash of humor certainly doesn't hurt!
Additionally, I enjoy working with folks from all walks of life. I consider myself an ally and aim to provide a safe space for all persons, regardless of background and identity.
