I am a licensed Clinical Psychologist in the state of Massachusetts. I received my doctorate degree in Clinical Psychology from William James College in 2017. My theoretical orientation to treatment is primarily Humanistic with emphasis on client-centered Rogerian therapy. I also draw heavily from psychodynamic therapy, motivational interviewing, attachment theory and insight-oriented approaches.
The aims of client-centered therapy are to meet patients where they are at, meaning that I tailor my approach to each individual client. I do not push my patients, nor do I assign homework. Rather, I work with patients to better understand themselves and their unique situations. I firmly believe in integrating genuineness, unconditional positive regard and humor into my work. My goal is to create a safe, collaborative space for all of my patients. I will work with you to solve problems, gain insight into behaviors/issues in your life and feel more confident in yourself.
I work with adults age 18 years and older with a variety of psychiatric concerns, including:
I offer both in-person and virtual telehealth appointments.
