I am a licensed Clinical Psychologist in the state of Massachusetts. I received my doctorate degree in Clinical Psychology from William James College in 2017. My theoretical orientation to treatment is primarily Humanistic with emphasis on client-centered Rogerian therapy. I also draw heavily from psychodynamic therapy, motivational interviewing, attachment theory and insight-oriented approaches.
The goal of client-centered therapy is to meet patients where they are at, meaning that I tailor my approach to each individual person. I help people to better understand themselves, solve problems and feel more confident in themselves. I strive to create a safe, collaborative space for self-growth and I firmly believe in integrating genuineness, unconditional positive regard and humor into my work.
I work with adults, including college students, graduate students and working professionals, with a variety of concerns, including:
I offer in-person appointments at my office in Harvard Square and telehealth appointments for patients located across Massachusetts.
