I am in-network with:

Blue Cross Blue Shield
MassGeneral Brigham Health Plan
If you use insurance, you may have a copayment and/or a deductible that needs to be met before your insurance will cover the cost of treatment. The amount that you may owe per session varies by insurance plan. It is your responsibility to understand your insurance benefits, which you can access by calling your insurer.
For payment of any kind (i.e. copayment, deductible payment pr private pay arrangement), I accept all major credit cards and HSA/FSA cards.
If you do not have an insurance plan that I am in-network with, but wish to use your out-of-network benefits, I can provide a superbill for you to submit to your insurer for reimbursement, where allowable by plan. I do not bill out-of-network insurance plans directly.
I offer private pay options for patients who prefer not to use their insurance or do not have an eligible plan. My rates are as follows:
$250 for a 60-minute intake session (first three sessions)
$200 for a 60-minute psychotherapy (follow-up) session
Additionally, I offer a sliding scale for patients who wish to pay privately but cannot afford the full session fee. We will negotiate what you can afford to pay based on your financial situation. I'm happy to work with you to make therapy affordable!
In accordance with Section 2799B-6 of the federal No Surprises Act, health care providers and facilities must provide a Good Faith Estimate of treatment costs for underinsured or private pay patients. This notice does not apply to patients who use in-network insurance policies to cover the cost of sessions. The Good Faith Estimate applies only to patients who do not have health insurance, who do not have a qualifying insurance plan that I am in-network with, or do not plan to file claims with their insurer. In such cases, I will provide an estimated breakdown of costs for treatment for the current calendar year. This estimate may be revised if my rates change or if the anticipated length of treatment changes. Please note that if your costs for treatment are significantly higher than expected, you have the right to dispute the bill with the US Department of Health and Human Services.
